Volume 10 「自然の愛で方」それぞれ Parks and Greenery Ann: Do you have a garden in, in your house here? Michael: Not really. We have, it's more of a patio. It's mostly concrete, unfortunately, with just a little strip of earth. Um, we do have a little park nearby, which isn't too bad. So, we do go down there, and there's some nice grass we can lie on. Do you have any favorite parks? Ann: Let's see. I really like Shinjuku Gyoen. I think it's a beautiful park. My only thing that I don't like about Shinjuku Gyoen is you're not supposed to play games in there. So, you're not supposed to, like, kick the ball around or play badminton. And you can't take your dogs in there. So, we don't really go very much anymore, 'cause generally we, if we're going to the park we'll take the dog. So, Yoyogi Park would be - and that, it, that's an interesting park 'cause it's much wilder, right? Michael: Right, mm. Ann: Not the kind of manicured thing that you see in Shinjuku Gyoen. But I really do think Shinjuku Gyoen's a lovely park. Michael: It is a wonderful place. And it's very easy just to forget that Tokyo actually really does have some beautiful green areas if you just go out and look. Ann: So, maybe now you're all thinking about that, lying in the grass, looking up at the blue sky, listening to a plane off in the distance. Sounds good to me. Michael: Sounds good to me. I'm looking forward to the coming summer already. Ann: Me too. Well, we hope you enjoyed this month's show and, uh, it's gotten you in mind of spring. Michael: Indeed. Yeah, I'm gonna get those green fingers going. Ann: That's right, that's right. And we will look forward to being with you next time. Michael: That'll be fun. OK, so please join us. Ann: Bye. Michael: Take care, bye-bye.
